Villa La Selva is located in Chianti, in Montebenichi, Valdambra. This area is recognized as the first Italian wine region, as defined by Grand Duke Cosimo III de’ Medici in 1716. Valdambra is a territory that, thanks to its climatic conditions, is considered very promising today, as it expresses a natural balance in its wines.
The wine production started in 1957 and today the company has embarked on a new winemaking strategy by switching to organic farming.
Today, Villa La Selva produces fine wines from its own grapes using the most precise and advanced methods, with a positive and enterprising outlook toward the future.
