FATTORIA di SAN LEO is one of the oldest farms in the outskirts of Arezzo, Tucany.
SAN LEO is today a suburb of the city that has incorporated a small old rural village on the
outskirts of Arezzo on the northern border of the plains where the terminal section of the Chiana’s master drainage canal flows before it meets with river Arno.
Our vines are cultivated with the same methods of the ancient rural tradition of Central Tuscany and the wine we obtain is the result of a simple process based on traditional and natural techniques Sangiovese, Malvasia, Trebbiano and Ciliegiolo grapes, obtained with the organic cultivation method, pressed and left to ferment naturally, are “governed” with fresh must, left to mature in oak barrels without adding any additive and bottled after a mechanical process of stabilization and filtration.
For over 70 years a glass of our wine is a guarantee of true genuineness.
