Perelli is a farm in the heart of Tuscan countryside (Italy). The farm is situated in Perelli, among the hills of Arezzo and Florence, a land rich in history and always dedicated to high quality products popular throughout the world.
For 100 years, Perelli has been working the precious land that follows the course of Ambra river to give value to its extraordinary quality and produce olive oil and fine wine.
In 2018 Perelli reinvents itself thanks to a group of young entrepreneurs who,
together with the property, decide to combine the experience of tradition with the strength of technological innovation to create a new way of making agricultural production: more careful to the quality of the land, of the products and results thanks to the strength of technology and terroir’s potential.

MATURAZIONE: Malolactic fermentation in wood. Aging in oak french barrels, not new, (so as not to excessively alter the original aromas of the vine) for 16 months
COLOR: intense ruby red
NOSE: Pleasantly fruity especially with hints of blackberry and blackcurrant, followed by floral notes and spices of licorice and cinnamon with a finish of eucalyptus.
FLAVOUR: In the mouth it enters with a pleasing roundness, followed by freshness and a present but pleasing tannins
PAIRING FOOD: ideal with first courses with meat sauce, steak and meat with long cooking
